Toms Challenge

I'm Tom, I'm 21 and I have just started my first Body By Vi 90 day challenge! I'm starting this blog to keep track of all of my progress on the challenge both Physically and Financially. From here you can follow every move I make and find out what works well and more importantly what doesn't.

A brief history of me:
I was always overweight as a kid due to junk food and laziness and it wasn't until I was 15/16 that I started to lose weight and become more active. Since then I have tried multiple nutrition and exercise programs to find one that works to me - but haven't had great success.

I work a standard 9-5 job as a part qualified accountant which means during the day I'm not very active. I try to go running 3 times a week and I also go to the gym and play ice and roller hockey once or twice a week.

I started the challenge on 09/05/2013 and hope to gain 5lbs of lean muscle and drop 4% body fat in my first 90 days. I will be writing blog posts on a daily basis to comment on how everything's going; as well a a weekly weigh in and progress report.
